STEP - 1 Zoom 1 on 1 Personal Coaching Session
Zoom Video Communications is an remote conferencing service. It provides a remote conferencing service that combines video conferencing, online meetings, 1 on 1 coaching, chat, and mobile collaboration.
STEP - 2 Check-In/Stretch
In every training session you will check-in and stretch with me. This is the time for you to tell me briefly what’s going on with you and where you are at physically and personally in that moment.
STEP -3 Workout
You will be able to choose what kind of HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) workout you want for your session while booking your appointment. Also, in booking you will tell me what kind of equipment you have available at home.
Step -4 Cool Down/Let’s Get Real
This is a state of open willingness and ideal place to address, talk and connect your physical development with your personal development within the session. It’s a time to dig deeper.
STEP -5 Personal Journal
This is where I will ask you to write in your journey about the strategies we will use in the upcoming week so you can continue the path to reaching your Physical & Personal Development goals.
STEP -6 Affirmations
